I work in watercolor and watercolor collage, drawn to the medium’s fluidity, transparency, and expressive potential. My practice centers on capturing the nuances of life—its rhythms, textures, and quiet moments—through layered compositions.

Raised on the West Coast, ocean trips were always a treasure. Something about recognizing how small I was when I stood on the shore of the Pacific, gave me a sense of peace. Calm. I believe those moments call out in my art. I am still so small and that’s okay.

Now, at home in Spokane, WA, the inland speaks its own beauty to me. I am compelled to respond. It is part of the stories we tell. Our response to life.
